Digital communications for Customers & Regulators

We’ve got lots of great Utility clients. We understand this sector’s unique customer needs, their many governing bodies and external stakeholders; from Energy to Wastewater and everything between.
Following a client referral, one the UK’s major Water & Wastewater company’s approached us to design and write two portfolios of digital documents about their amazing work to enhance bathing waters across their region.
One set of documents was for their customers, to inform them of their enhancement work and gain support. The other set was specifically for their regulators and external stakeholders. These had to be far more technically-detailed, but equally engaging and straightforward to read.
What we did
We worked collaboratively with many internal teams to unravel technicalities into clearly defined messages for each audience. We seamlessly aligned to their corporate branding and made it work to maximum effect with lots of new creative graphics, and carefully adopted their written style and tone of voice too
Outcome
Using clear document structure, creative copywriting and our award-winning graphic design, we developed two stunning portfolios of digital documents.
Our digital documents were very well received by our client, their customers, regulators and wider stakeholder groups. They communicated the messages in a vibrant and engaging way that encouraged customers to read and play their part in this valuable work. Our strong visuals were designed to give a message in a moment whilst remaining on-brand with the company’s strict brand guidelines. The documents were shared widely, uploaded on the corporate website and hardcopies were used in meetings with regulators and stakeholders.
