Start-up Branding, Marketing and Website
Project description
Seawind is a renewable energy company, specialising in floating wind technology. As we’ve previously worked with a number of start-up companies across a variety of sectors, including property development, environmental and charity, we were pleased to have another opportunity to demonstrate our creativity and quality delivery, at top speed!
A logo and branding had been used during Seawind’s set-up and early phase, but an identity had not been fully developed. To be credible to the world’s renewable energy investors, suppliers and consumers, Seawind needed a strong brand identity, clearly defined corporate messages, a full suite of collateral and a crisp new website.
What we did
As a full branding project, we worked with Seawind’s Executive team to fully understand the company, as well as their vision for the brand. We carried out market and competitor research to fully inform our recommendations. From this, we developed a more refined brand and identity. We produced clear brand guidelines with new brand imagery, a defined tone of voice and crystallised corporate values.
Core messages were defined and written into engaging and well-constructed corporate documents, pitch-decks and marketing collateral. Making effective use of the limited number of images available to us, we developed an easily navigable website with crisp copy, an introductory video and creative graphics. The website has been built to allow limited messaging initially, but has full functionality pre-built into it to support the company’s growth.
Outcome
As a start-up it was critically important that Seawind was taken seriously by potential investors, customers and partners, as well as the wider industry commentators and analysts. Their new marketing materials and website have received significant positive feedback since their launch, and have been instrumental in generating relationships and investment opportunities that are facilitating the company’s rapid success.
