Comply Direct is an environmental compliance company providing integrated environmental solutions for some of the UK’s biggest brands including John Lewis, Hallmark and Crown Paints.
When they approached us to support one of their sister companies with a major bid into one of the UK’s largest supermarkets, we were delighted to help.
What we did
Faced with a very tight timescale, we rapidly engaged with key executive members. We focussed on fully understanding their end client and crystallising the value proposition, win themes and messages needed to give the bid its best chance of success. We developed clear value-driven content and created a bold bid document layout with new graphics and images meticulously aligned to the corporate branding.
Outcome
We tightly managed the development and control of the bid and delivered to deadline an impressive bid document that was crisp, engaging and firmly focussed on value and achieving the customer’s goals.
Our client was very impressed with the speed of our delivery and the quality of the final bid submission. They were also ecstatic, as we were, when the bid was successful and received extremely positive feedback from their end client.
